May Flowers By The Healing Zone Training Centre Dubai

Share

When you think of spring you think of all the flowers that bloom and May is the last month of spring.

In May there are over 30 different types of flowers blooming such as Tulips, Orchids, Cherry Blossoms, and Daffodils just to name a few.

Did you know that in the 18th and 19th-century people used to communicate through flowers? This is called floriography. Each flower has a meaning depending on the type of flower or colour or both. Sometimes it also depends on the country and its beliefs.

Daffodils are one of the first flowers we see when spring starts, it is a way of knowing that the winter season is over, that is why Daffodils stand for rebirth and new beginnings.

Tulips have many different colours, and each colour represents a different meaning. Like red stands for deep love, purple stands for royalty, and white stands for forgiveness.

I am sure next time you buy flowers for someone you might rethink what type and colour of flowers you give them.

If you have a love for flowers, then why not sign up for The Healing Zone’s Aromatherapy Course this May where you will learn about 42 different aromatherapy oils and their properties and benefits.
